Support for NIST

Hi,

node-wav works like a charm, however, when I test it against some esoteric files with NIST for example, it breaks:

Error: bad "chunk id": expected "RIFF" or "RIFX", got "NIST"

It would be great if "wav" could support NIST as well to make it more general usable.
