Adding Whohas Clear function

I noticed this, /whohas have only specified Function, to smite ops, but let's make if everyone had a book exploit? we can't do /ci ** because ops will says who cleared my inventory, and we will clear unharmful stuff..

then maffy coded this addiction in MF, but im importing to TF

This clears THE ONLY SPECIFIED ITEM, not the player's inventory.
the player can continue playing, without being ciied from admins.

and players will never notice one item is gone from the inventory.

and i forgot /wh item smite is pretty spammy. let's keep the function in the emergency ways.
