Is it unclear where the config file is stored when using kmerator -e
Would be nice to have it in the working directory. For reproducibility would be nice to be able to easily access the file to save it, or share with colleagues.

The configuration file is stored in $HOME/.config/kmerator/config-v3.ini.
What I could do is display the path when leaving the file. Of course, you can also edit it manually
