Convert remaining Vuetify components #386
Description
Going forward, Vuetify will not be used in Transit Tracker, except for the table.
All other components and the base structure of the app needs to be transitioned to native components, styled with the Material Design 3 style language, using Tailwind CSS.
Components to do (incomplete list):
- Notifications
- Settings
- Snackbar
- Region switcher
- Base application structure
- Default Vuetify styles
