Migration to Vue/Nuxt 3 #390
Description
After all Vuetify components are removed (#386), the app can be migrated more easily to Vue and Nuxt 3.
This will require some work throughout the app, which is yet to be determined.
The data table is the only Vuetify components that will be kept. However, an update to Vuetify 3 will also be necessary, but it will only be injected on the table page.
