Teensy 4 version?

Hey,
I am thinking about building one. But the two main issues i can see are -

• There are less capacity pads than the Le Strum
• There are no teensy 3.2 and teensy say you should move to v4.

I was wondering what would be required to upgrade the design to version 4, and if it might make it possible to add more strum pads?
