Ubuntu 19.10 "Error installing Bro"

I know you said Ubuntu 16. I'll try that instead. Just thought I'd post the error here.

1 - Full Install: Bro IDS, Critical Stack, ELK Stack, Apache, Sweet Security
2 - Sensor Only: Bro IDS, Critical Stack, Logstash, Sweet Security
3 - Web Server Only: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Apache
Choose an Installation Type (1-3): 1
Install Pre-requisites
