Creation / Adopt #4
Description
- If work directory does not exist, create it and install the template if applicable
- If work directory does exist and is recognized as a valid LAURA II DK project, just adopt the settings
- If work directory does exist and is NOT recognized as a valid LAURA II DK project, then deny working with it.
