Funciton base library update

Hi! Creator of Funciton here. I just wanted to let you guys know that I made a breaking change to the base library. I’ve already edited all of my codegolf.SE posts to match. Would be cool if tio.run could be updated with the newest library files.

There is no need to recompile the Funciton interpreter. Only the *.fnc files have changed.

Thank you @Timwi, Dennis does not have much time recently for maintenance, and I do not have the access. I will point this issue out to him although chances are that he has seen the notification.
