Add language support for the base game tokens

It would be great if update would have an optional language flag, and token source could be downloaded in the specified language.

I like this idea, but I don't have a ton of bandwidth to implement it at the moment. I'll keep it open and work on it as I can.

I first thought the script tool already has this feature, but it seems like the language support is only limited to the UI, not the actual tokens themself. So, unless this feature will come in the future, it is indeed too much effort. But when it comes, that would be like changing the roles.json url to a different location.
