'Focus' is quite confusing as it is

It's not really informative. It's more like a self-description and I would expect content information. 'Open Source' for example is totally unsuited for content information, so is >Code< (insert 'You don't say' meme here)
Goes in line with #7 and I would extend that with a 'technologies' tab.

Example:

looking better, maybe something like 'Learning to code JS/CSS/HTML' and --- as Tech is more appropriate for EV and Susie. noopkat is doing quite a bit of circuiting/iot which should be reflected and i have no idea what 'code' means :) but we're getting into the right direction. Thanks
