badly trained models, could you provide full code of your project?

Hi,
Thanks very much for this excellent work. I found it very interesting. But when I tried your method to train a 3d model on scene "bicycle". I encountered with 2 problems. (1) for the first 10k iterations I found the number of gaussians quite small and PSNR values at 10 dB. (2) There are several language errors and I fixed some but it seems that there are more. I really don't have much time fixing them.
I guess the main reason is that the original 3dgs code has been modified recently. So could you provide full code of your project instead of just some seperate files?

Hi, thanks for your interest in our work.

1. Please note that the Gaussian parameters are trained without any vector quantization till 20K iterations and K-means quantization is used for the remaining 10K iterations (in total 30K iterations).
2. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we currently have no plans to update the code based on the updated original 3dgs code. We appreciate your feedback, and we’ll keep it in mind for future updates.
