Move nichrome mount points on cutdown power stage

At the very least they need to be further apart to allow 550 paracord to fit between them.

More generally the physical layout of system needs to be improved since you can't package it the way I want to right now. This was partially intentional since the focus so far has been on designing something that could be tested and working with easily. But it means that it can't be packaged right now.
