Bioconductor Cytometry R Packages

As part of Cytometry in R - Week #1 - Installing R packages, the second optional take-home problem had several questions about the Bioconductor project's Flow Cytometry Packages. I was curious as far as which of the packages is the oldest, so after some html parsing ended up with this summary figure:

Likewise, was curious in terms of downloads, so ended up generation this plot as well. No suprises, flowCore and cytolib (the two infrastructure packages) are the two most downloaded flow cytometry R packages.

is FlowSOM the blue package that has been downloaded a lot? the legend is not complete

I think the one you are referring to (blue-ish middle top) is cytolib which is a mostly background infrastructure package used to speed things up by converting from, R code to C++.
