Hmmm @zyaseen-cpu, this looks puzzling. If you reopen Positron, can you see the following:
If you are seeing them, you should be able to run code. For your Alternatively, can you copy and paste this into your console and hit enter? If those run, it is likely something about your attempt to source the file while within the file didn't quite work out. If still not working, what you could try would be to kill the R session from the console window, and then re-initialize it via the interpretor:
Let me know if any of these options work. Also, it is best to do your editing outside the CytometryInR folder you are currently in. The Week1 folder is likely to cause issues down the road, since when you try to pull in new data each week, the extra folder is not accounted for on the course project side, and will cause an error to be returned. Hi David, Thanks for the reply. I've noticed that when I select 'Start Session' and choose R, it doesn't work
