Cannot install dependencies

While trying to install dependencies for the new shell app after running npx @undp/create-app I'm getting following error:

npm error code ETARGET
npm error notarget No matching version found for @types/react-dom@^19.2.7.
npm error notarget In most cases you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm error notarget a package version that doesn't exist.

Test environment:
OS: Win 11
Node.js: tested on 22.17.1 (lts) and 25.2.1
NPM: 10.9.2
