Workflow to verify project's image size

The task is to add a workflow that checks if the new images upload within the projects are of a maximum of 1024x768 and in png format. Probably imagemagick is useful.

@alexandruradovici the action you suggested resizes to a max width, while keeping the aspect ratio. From what I've seen, I think somebody could upload something like a 128 X 1024 pixels and fly under the action's radar. I don't think this would bother us that much, but what do you suggest?

Nope, the max height should be 768. I think it would be ok to resize them automatically.
