Form Completion

The Reading Huddle Admin user side should allow for form completion. This is the primary functionality of the site user side and should be implemented well.

Acceptance Criteria
To consider this story "Done," the following must be completed:

• Users should be able to see form questions sorted by day.
• Users should be able to work ahead of the current day or catch up on previous days.
• Users should be able to complete a forms questions.
• User form responses should be correctly stored if applicable.
• The user should properly receive a raffle ticket and shop points for completing a day's form.
• Users should be able to see but not edit past responses.
• Users should get instant feedback and gratification upon question completion.
• Users should be able to see their progress through a form while completing it.
• Users should have their answers saved if the form is closed early before submission.
• Users should be able to pick up where they left off in incomplete forms.
