[BUG] Limit page access depending on user role

For example, if the user is an employee, they should not be able to see the admin's users page. Instead, direct to 404 not found.

I asked taz and he said its okay because the backend catches any unauthorized data anyway. I will remove it from the v1.0 milestone. However, there are these things called protected routes where you can prevent people from accessing pages when they are not authorized on the frontend too. We can implement that in the future if we feel like it.
