SCM backward issues

Dear Professor,

I encountered a bug when using SCM for backward elimination, which appears to be the same as the issue reported in SCM backwards elimination issues #199. In the result file scmlog.txt, the GOAL and dDF values during the backward elimination step are both shown as 0. I suspect this might be a bug.

PSN (v5.3.0) is used in combination with NONMEM (v7.5.1).
