I'm using wsl, and tried to run forge install uniswap/universal-router but can't install correctly this submodule

fatal: Could not read from remote repository
Failed to clone 'lib/permit2' a second time, aborting
fatal: Failed to recurse into submodule path 'lib/universal-router'

running as admin, using vpn also.
everything is up to date, foundry, git, node, and I'm experiencing the same error in windows too.
