Incorrect Github url in README.md

It is given as:
```bash 
git clone --recursive https://github.com/UoM-ResPlat-DevOps/SpartanIntro
```
when in fact it should be: 
```bash 
git clone --recursive https://github.com/UoM-ResPlat-DevOps/HPCshells
```
