Remove past team members

We have people in the graph who no longer work here, like Kamilla Kopec-Harding. Can we pelase remove them from the view? If we want to preserve their list of skills for later use we could move them to an archive folder?

This data comes straight from the CapX API. We probably don't want to remove all reference to them from CapX, since that would lose historical information about past projects. Probably what we want is a flag on the API to allow it to only return people who are presently in the department (which I believe CapX knows). Alternatively, we could make the API do this unconditionally, though that may be logically a bit confusing. @aharwood2?
