Markdown output

Would you be interested in accepting a markdown output type?

I am hoping to include the docs into another tool which uses markdown as its page format.

Yes of course.

A Markdown output was in my plans but I never took the time to do it, plus the architecture of the project makes it a bit difficult to it if you want to reuse part of the html visitor, but I suspect the markdown output will be quite different so it's fine if it was it own visitor.

Also note that this project is experimental and closer to a PoC than a publishable product. You might have to do some heavy modifications. The project also don't have any unit tests for now, and I don't plan on adding them any time sone.
