Call ended event needs to be activated to move proposals to the next step in the workfow.

Is the filter value isEnded used? If no service is using it we could consider removing it.

I think we can revert these two changes in CallDataSource.ts on line 57 and 59 since they are begin used in call ended async job to close call.
