Broadcaster Notifications (e.g. clip submissions, actions etc)

would be nice to have the ability to enable/add notifications as a broadcaster
when a clip from the broadcaster was submittet

Possible Ideas

• Email
• Discord Webhook/Bot

if we later implement emails for that we for sure have to summarize a timeframe within a single email otherwise we will be put into spam really fast especially with google mails

minimum would be once per day, i would probably rather go with once per week (at least by default) with maybe some filters (e.g. only if these are flagged or something for moderation)
