"Package previously defined" warnings for OSVVM packages

We're seeing the following warnings on every invocation of VUnit.

I see some other issues related to these packages, but none with the same warning. Any idea what the cause might be?

Edit: We're using Questasim 2019.4 inside an Ubuntu 18.04 container

@bradleyharden This looks like the problem we fixed in #769. This is not part of a release yet, you need to use latest and greatest or wait for the v4.7.0 release. Are you using v4.6.0?

Yes, I'm on 4.6. I don't know why I didn't think to try master before creating an issue. I'll do that.

Edit: Wait, I do know why. Because doing so within the container using our current system is not as simple as it would normally be. But still, I'll do it and see
