Chat window does not appear if I add a new line

Applied the widget to existing rows. Added comments everywhere. When adding new rows to the table, the field for entering messages does not appear in them

On my side it looks to work properly, the only bug I see for the moment is when I create a new row and press Enter, the selection goes to an empty row and the widget still display the UI. But this is the opposite of what you describe.

Does the issue remain after page reloading? I mean, the field remains invisible for last added rows?

Checking your screen capture, it seems you use MS Edge, but even if I use it I haven't this bug.
