Checkpoints for mutation prediction tasks?

Great work on building this, it sounds quite promising and I'm excited to see where this leads in the future.

I'm wondering if you'd be willing to upload checkpoints for the other downstream tasks to huggingface, like you did for binary PPI prediction. I don't have the hardware to train this model, but I can do inference just fine (in fact, it works in Google Colab with some tweaking). I'd love to test it on my system to see if it works. The "GeneralPPI" tasks of most interest to me, personally.

Hello, thanks for your interest! We provide the checkpoint for the downstream MLP models trained on the gold-standard dataset from Bernett et al.. The instructions are given in the README here.
