Metadata date/time changes from Configure Data Locations do not update session table

Summary

When using the NANSEN app menu to configure data locations, changing either the date or time on the metadata tab does not propagate back to the session table.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open nansen.App.
2. From the menu, select Configure Data Locations.
3. Go to the metadata tab.
4. Redefine either the date or time metadata rule/value.
5. Return to or refresh the session table.

Expected behavior

The session table should reflect the updated date/time metadata after the data-location configuration is changed.

Actual behavior

The date/time changes are accepted in the metadata tab, but the session table still shows the previous date/time values.

Notes

This appears to be a propagation/cache-refresh issue between the data-location metadata configuration and the session table model/view.
