Can `snip` only be used for adapted commands? Otherwise, exceptions often occur in other commands.

In general, I think the plugin could only prepend snip, if an actual filter for it exists.
Otherwise, the context is littered with messages like: snip: no filter for "nvim", passing through — you can run "nvim" directly.
