Products search with phrase that contains "sku" value give an empty result.

It may make sense to expand the search criteria by a separate "SKU" ("Code") field to more accurately search for a specific product in some cases. But attempt to find with prop "searchPhrase" that contains "SKU" should get properly result too.

I try "bolt 53Mf87 Steel", "bolt 53Mf87", "53Mf87 bolt", all it works like expected.

We using the Keyword property of ProductSearchCriteria object defined into Storefront. Maybe we should use some other property for searching? On Platform v.2 it's worked.
