Collect ESGF data node plans/availability for CORDEX-CMIP6 data

Following the CORDEX-ESGF/DPub meeting of this Feb 5, I suggest we try to keep track of the publication to ESGF plans from the different groups.

This is a sister issue to #113 that collects information about non-ESGF servers. We could simply add a section to the CORDEX_CMIP6_data_servers.yaml file, with subsections for each institution.

yes, good idea. The point is also how to get this info from the modelling groups and what to ask them. We could run a survey sent to the entire community. I would add also the question of how much data they have waiting for publication. Also, we might have more manageable data if large consortia provide a single answer, rather than collecting on a group by group basis. For instance, all the NARCliM2 scenarios in AUS are covered by NCI, or the data from the German UDAG consortium will go to DKRZ.
