Track 5a: Production-knowledge indexing (importer extension)

Goal

The importer captures media + a fixed manifest set but misses the studio's production knowledge: .md state/creative docs (HANDOFF, PROJECT_STATE, TREATMENT, SHOTLIST, LYRICS, FLOYO_GUIDE, …) and new manifest shapes (keyframes.json, style_lora.json).

Acceptance criteria

• Importer recognizes keyframes.json / style_lora.json as structured manifests.
• Production .md docs are indexed (or routed to the knowledge base) so Rafiki can surface project state.
• Fixtures + tests in lib/importers/alex_samuel.py coverage.
