Track 6: Retirement cutover + verification

Goal

Final cutover: once Phases 1–5 are done and proven on the real Andromeda project, archive the standalone alex-samuel studio.

Acceptance criteria

• Tracks 1 (Track 1: Floyo video pipeline (value-first) #263), 2 (Track 2: LoRA lite slice (film LoRAs only) #270), 3 (Track 3: Clips review surface in the portal #271), 4 (Track 4: Audio surface (Suno ingest/management) #264), 5a (Track 5a: Production-knowledge indexing (importer extension) #265), 5b (Track 5b: Canonical gitignored media home + corpus migration #266) closed and verified.
• Baseline→HEAD diff: diff the studio from the rafiki-port-baseline-2026-06-28 freeze tag to current HEAD; port/reconcile anything new added since the freeze.
• Full Andromeda project reproducible in Rafiki end-to-end (keyframes → Floyo video → lip-sync → clips → audio → review).
• Explicit KK sign-off; full backup retained before any archival.
• Standalone repo archived (not deleted); its README points to Rafiki as the home.
