Track 7: gorgeous-ghost carve-out (work repo)

Carve the @lex / Andromeda film work out of alex-samuel into its own private repo, per the three-way split (rafiki = tool, gorgeous-ghost = work, alex-samuel = retired). Decisions: source-in-git/media-local; source-first; copy-not-move.

Phase A — stand up the repo ✅ (done 2026-06-28)

• Private repo WalksWithASwagger/gorgeous-ghost created + pushed (creative source only, 840K; gitleaks clean; no media tracked).
• README + .gitignore (heavy media local, indexed by rafiki).
• alex-samuel untouched (copy, not move).

Phase B — migrate media + operate via rafiki (gated on rafiki Floyo parity)

• Move heavy media (clips/training/keyframes/plates/faceswap/audio/cast) into gorgeous-ghost (gitignored local).
• Add a gorgeous-ghost media-root to rafiki config/media-roots.local.json (index-in-place).
• Operate generation via rafiki (floyo / keyframes / clip ingest) against the new repo; re-sync any creative edits.

Phase C — cutover (part of #267)

• Reproduce a real Andromeda flow via rafiki; KK sign-off + backup; archive alex-samuel (not delete).

Depends on the rafiki Floyo phases (#263 et al) for Phase B. Part of epic #268.

✅ Phase B (partial): gorgeous-ghost is operable via Rafiki.

• Copied input media (plates/audio/cast ≈ 55 MB) into gorgeous-ghost — gitignored/local; studio untouched (copy-only).
• Added a gorgeous-ghost media root (generic importer) to rafiki config/media-roots.local.json (gitignored). Indexed → 83 entries (76 image, 7 audio), auto-served at /media/gorgeous-ghost/....
• Proof: rendered a real wan22_endframe clip via Rafiki sourced from gorgeous-ghost/plates/kk_likeness/* → valid 6.56s/832×480 mp4. gorgeous-ghost is the operable home.

Deferred to cutover (#267): bulk media (clips 532M, training 175M, misc 63M, faceswap 47M) — disk-conscious (44 GB free); studio remains the source until the archival step.
