Phantom-completion audit: 9 issues closed without verified work
A backlog audit of this repo's bot-processed jobs found 9 issues that were closed as ALREADY_IMPLEMENTED (auto_closed_resolved) but whose deliverables an independent re-audit could not confirm in current main. Because this repo is issue-only for the bot, these are reported here for the maintainers to review and either genuinely complete or close with evidence.

Several closes cited empty/absent locations (:0, or none), and the verify-first judge that closed them did so with zero code/content change. The audit re-checked current main and could not confirm the deliverable exists.
