- Retitle to the north star: 'open infrastructure for provable AI agents'
  (keeps the Trusted Agent OS line as the subtitle).
- Mark the four core-spine repos with ★: wasmagent-js, symkernel,
  agent-trust-infra, and planned wasmagent-py.
- Legend now explains ★ = core spine and that adjacent repos (proxy,
  evidence pipelines) move to community maintenance once their roadmaps land.
- Update <desc> for the same focus framing. Data-flow layout unchanged.
