We are currently using git2 (tags) to fetch the releases, which fetches all, even the draft ones that do not have published releases or assets.
We can use the Github api to fetch the release version and then filter out draft = true

I am unsure if using the GitHub API is a good idea. It has a very low rate limit, and people will continue to encounter this kind of error when they try to use our tool several times in a short period, especially when testing the behavior of the installer. But maybe I am wrong, you can check the details and let me know if this is correct or not.

The primary rate limit for unauthenticated requests is 60 requests per hour.

Yes, you are correct, we will have to use a GitHub token.

For now, I fixed the test to check if the resource is there or not.
