V2 MySQL/Keycloak migration

In V2, the scopes of the resources need to be changed.
Old scopes: sensors:create, sensors:delete...
New scopes: devices:create, devices:delete...

• copy the full database
• insert the new scopes
• for each resource, change the scopes
