The specific peak VRAM usage will depend on the various VRAM compression techniques you use.
Currently, using Kijai's workflow to run Stand-In, the maximum VRAM can be controlled within approximately 19GB.

Our model is compatible with any version of Wan2.1 T2V 14B in terms of weights, but the code still requires further adaptation.
