Make conditions for a Terms and Conditions checkbox at checkout more known #558

Describe the solution you'd like
Throughout about a year of me using WemX, I could never find a way to add a simple checkbox on the sign up page for accepting the terms and conditions. It would be nice to have a setting, maybe in the admin panel, to enable this and provide a dropdown or something similar to select a page to be the terms and conditions. By complete accident I found out that you can set your page link for your TOS to /terms-and-conditions but this is not mentioned anywhere in documentation or on the admin panel.
Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative solution is having a section for writing Terms and Conditions and possibly Privacy Policy in the admin panel, and having that incorporated around the website in the footer, on registration, and maybe on checkout with some text that says "By purchasing this service, you agree to the Terms and Conditions" (with a link to it embedded)
Additional context
I was looking to add the check box manually by editing the registration page PHP, and discovered that it checks for a page with the URL /terms-and-conditions, so I changed the URL of my terms of service page to that (previously terms-and-service). Low and behold, the checkbox appeared with no extra steps.
