Make video/gif that goes through all slices of high res volume

Kirstie's code for making pngs of all slices of a stats file on top of a high res background.

Added to DrawingVolumes directory.

Updated plan is to convert this code to nipy and nilearn and use PIL to combine the images into a gif.

Hey @KirstieJane - as I know that your a big fan of brain-gifs, I by the way wrote a short script that does this in all three directions: https://github.com/miykael/gif_your_brain#grayscale-gif

It uses nilearn and from imageio import mimwrite to create a gif directly out of the 3D volume. Perhaps something of this helps for this Issue.
