Ability to reorder the device tabs

As mentioned in discord would it be possible to reorder the devices in the device tabs please?

Currently, the list of devices is arranged lexicographically. This may or may not be desired, thus adding the ability to order devices similar to how actions are orderable would be a nice addition.

Rough outline of how this would work:

• Store ordering of devices based on UUID / name in the configuration
• Sorting UI similar to actions in the options dialog
• Not per profile ordering
• No hiding of devices as that could lead to confusions of "where is my device"

Something that could go hand in hand with this is the ability to label devices internally for Gremlin. Gremlin doesn't change a device's name but identifies them based on their UUID and simply uses their given name for display purposes. If a reordering UI is being created, adding the ability to name them is not a significant addition in work.
