Symptom: Z axis (DirectInput axis index 2) is detected and named correctly as "Z Axis - Center pedal" but generates no input events
Worked in: R13
Test Results:

• Windows joy.cpl shows all 3 axes working
• DirectInput reports 3 axes (calibration warnings for Axis 1, 2, 3 in system.log)
• UI lists all 3 axes with correct names
• vJoy mapping test confirms no events are generated for Z axis in R14
• Same hardware works perfectly in R13

A few ideas below on how to figure out what goes on.

• You can try to copy the dill.dll from R13 to R14. They should be compatible but there were changes to the version in R14 with the hopes of fixing some bits but it may have backfired in certain device combinations.
• See if dill_debug.log shows anything interesting
• Grab this zip file https://github.com/WhiteMagic/dill/releases/download/v1.3/dill_1.3.zip and run the test application in it. One should simply print events received by devices (this uses the same library as in R13 so I would expect this to work)

In all likelihood there is something weird going on with how the library reads/processes events as it seemingly see all axis. So I may have to do fixed in there, for that your feedback would help.
