aloha guys, I been tryna figure out how to sync obsidian notes without the paid resource from obsidian. there is a work around, and I found a video. just wanted to share what I found here. Very cool! Seems you could sync to a private repo this way. May need to explore this for myself too - been playing with Obsidian since you mentioned it in the DRS discord a few weeks back.

aloha, ok, I monkeyed around with this for a couple hours and got nothing done. but I did realize that my repo name did not match when I set the toke. I will take a break, and try again later.
