I've had a similar problem tonight trying to setup SeerrBridge. I've traced it back to the .env file not actually reflecting whats in the MYSQL DB. Originally in the log it was saying (ENABLE_AUTOMATIC_BACKGROUND_TASK=false) for movie processing and the only way I could change this was to update the MYSQL record directly. Interestingly enough none of the other settings I've changed manually or I'd assume change automatically are updating.
For example setup_required wouldn't change from true, so every time I refreshed the page the setup dialogue would show.

I'm not super technical and relying on Gemini to help me troubleshoot and I'm not familiar with docker either (I'm running docker.desktop on my Windows 11 machine) so I wouldn't be surprise if I've not done the docker compose process properly and it somehow doesn't have access to update MYSQL
