Library players/utils on Apple Silicon Macs

I might consider an Apple computer with ARM Mx CPU with MacOS, so I want to ask:

Is library with CLI MIDI player buildable under OSX?
Is VLC plugin buildable (and works on OSX)?
Are there CI binaries for Apple ARM available? (I only could spot PGE Project binaries)

• Yes, library and the whole project is fully buildable for macOS, even for older one, but if you want to play a CLI player, it will depend on SDL2 that requires Mac OS X 10.7 as I know.
• It's possibly buildable, but right now I didn't found any usable pre-built SDKs (libvlc and libvlccore). I guess it's possible to try build entire VLC from the source code, and try build the plugin using that hand-built SDK.
• I didn't configured the upload yet, but, I can set that up easily.

Maybe sdl2-compat can work? https://github.com/libsdl-org/sdl2-compat It's buildable on Silicon.

If you target to SDL3, not SDL2, it will work too, I already implemented the native SDL3 support for the CLI, so it should work. Both real SDL2 and SDL3 are usable on Silicon, I do have Mac Mini M2, and everything is builds and works just fine.

What about vlckit, it seems has different purposes than building plugins, actually, to be able to build the plugin for VLC itself, it's need to have libvlc and libvlccore, since they give all the necessary heads, and the thing gets linked to the proper thing.
