Remove karma-electron and spectron from project

To simplify rebasing the angular migration branches, I reset package.json and package-lock.json to their initial state contained in this commit 2172f54.

This issue needs to be completed prior to merging the Angular 21 migration branch onto main.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean here, but I'm not surprised there are challenges with the package-lock. I don't mind if it goes through a wonky state in the middle of a PR as long as the final state is clean. In fact, the changes I had to do might be completely moot after you move Angular forward, so it's doubly fine if you have to undo them to rebase your PR, as long as the revert commit is not merged before the whole angular 21 changes are merged.
