Add feature files for each antigen for all decision, scheduling, and contraindication tables. Also re-run scripts to generate valuesets for inputs/outputs and update codesystems for decision and contraindication tables. Update example files to use consistent id pattern for use in the unit/cql (vscode plugin) tests as well as the karate/gherkin tests. Update scheduling logic to re-use the decision table test data if not already.
